My Funny Valentine, sweet comic valentine

 October 28.  

That was the last time.  She was round and large, just days away from giving birth, but it's now February 14th.

More than enough time has passed, even with all the difficulties of the delivery, and the healing afterward.  Still, the old adage is true -- how do parents find the time to be with each other?

Morgana is hoping their daughter will cooperate -- just for an hour or two, by staying asleep, peacefully, in her crib in the nursery. In her parents' room her Mama is laying on the bed, waiting for Morven's daddy.

It hasn't slipped his mind that it's Valentine's Day. So when Merlin comes home today (and he's been out for an unusual amount of time for a semi-employed slacker type) He brings a simple collection of fresh cut flowers and a box of chocolate. You can't go wrong with the classics, right?

Snuggling against Morgana. Exhausted. Content.

Merlin isn't quite to the point where he finds it necessary to sleep. The moments to rest with her have been too few of late.

"Alseep yet?" He peeks at his fiance's face.
